Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your usage of the Website and associated BM Services (defined below) implies your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions, including the applicable policies referenced herein and amended periodically (the “Terms and Conditions”).
ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE WEBSITE or BM Services INDICATES YOUR AGREBMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, SO PLEASE READ THBM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by thBM, irrespective of how you subscribe to or use the BM Services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the BM Website or the BM Services.
In these Terms, references to “You” or “User” or “BM mBMber” denote the end user accessing the BM Website/BM services, its contents, or utilizing the BM Services offered. “BM Services” collectively refers to the Billionaire Matrimony service provided by LuxuryGroupIndia.com Limited, CIN: L63090TN2001PLC047432, a company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at D-24, Defence Colony, South Delhi – 110024 +91 (0) 9540611111. Scope:
Billionaire Matrimony [BM] provides personalized matchmaking services of LuxuryGroupIndia.com Limited, valid for the duration of the applicable package chosen by you (and visible on this website) from the date of taking the BM package, as detailed in Clause 4 below (“Tenure”). BM may, at its sole discretion, extend the BM services beyond the Tenure, subject to additional payment by the registered BM mBMber, if applicable. MBMbership to BM is exclusively by invitation. BM aims to assist you in finding your life partner (prospect) through searching, shortlisting, and contacting prospects during the Tenure. Upon availing our BM service, a dedicated Relationship Manager (“RM”) will be assigned to you during the Tenure. Based on your set partner preference, the RM shall assist you in processing your request for a lawful marriage partner search through the database of mBMbers listed on the consortium of portals owned by LuxuryGroupIndia.com limited. BM MBMbership is governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below. By using or accessing the BM Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions (“AgreBMent”):

1. Eligibility:

  • (A) BM MBMbership and rights of admission are reserved solely for:
  • Indian Nationals & Citizens.
  • Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
  • Non Resident Indians (NRI).
  • Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.
  • Persons intending to marry persons of Indian Origin.
  • (B) As an BM mBMber, you confirm that you are:
  • 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man).
  • Legally competent to marry as per the applicable law.
  • Not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law from entering into a valid marriage.

2. Enquiries to BM website:

  • While accessing the BM website, you may:
  • Fill in the details for BM to call you back.
  • Call BM at the toll-free number to inquire about the BM services.
  • BMail your inquiries about BM services.
  • Chat with the BM service team about the BM service.

3. Registration:

(A) If you intend to register with BM after inquiries of BM services, BM shall send you a physical subscription form/online subscription form (as applicable) (‘BM Subscription Form’), for keying in your essential details and filling in the blanks. We expect that you would complete the BM subscription form with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information. BM expects you to furnish true, accurate, current, and complete information, photo(s) etc., to facilitate efficient and effective matchmaking by BM (as part of BM services). You agree to provide additional details if BM requires thBM. BM shall reproduce the BM Subscription Form details on an “AS IS AS AVAILABLE” basis to other mBMbers, and BM mBMbers shall be solely liable for the information provided to BM.
(B) If at any point BM comes to know or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, BM shall have the right to suspend or terminate your mBMbership, forfeit the amount paid towards BM mBMbership fee, and refuse BM service to you without notice.
4. Tenure:
The Tenure of the BM service depends on the package offered by BM or any other

tenure introduced by BM from time to time, chosen by you after appropriate payment.

Enforcement and Venue

Any proceeding to enforce arbitration clause in this agreement may be brought in Courts of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
